Antique signs are in high demand at auctions, online or even at local flea markets. In the late 70’s, as a sign rookie, our shop had the Pepsi sign account for D.C and we THREW away those old Pepsi crowns when replacing signs with those flat Pepsi cheesey square ones! We at Mark Z signs try to create and offer faux antique signs at prices far below the "real deal." Also, many older signs are poorly painted and in less than mint condition... or just plain dilapidated. Our shops that carry our signs tell us customers often remark that the signs... "Look old." Plus our signs can be placed outside, but most folks use them as interior additions to their décor. In Today’s market place shops that carry our signs find unique, custom made for their market and most importantly-made in USA, faux antique signs do sell even in a tough economy.
